Here are a few helpful links for fax customers. If you are using VRS online then you are not a fax customer. There is an Additional Fee for fax customers. Adobe Acrobat Reader External Link Icon is necessary to view these documents.

In order to view and print registration permits and reports, the following must be completed:

Your MVD Online account password will expire in 90 days, and you will be required to change it. The system will automatically redirect you to the Change Your Password page upon logging in to the MVD Online application. It is best if you change your password before it expires.

If VRS is unavailable, a pre-ordered emergency permit can be issued to your customer. Emergency permits are STRICTLY for emergencies and are only valid for 72 hours. Once VRS is available, a proper permit must be issued.
